We do not submit an application until we are satisfied that it meets all the relevant requirements. For your peace of mind, we offer our services on a no-win, no-fee basis. It means that in the unlikely event that your application is refused, we will refund the professional fees, subject to the Terms and Conditions. For example, if you have provided misleading or inaccurate information, you will not receive a refund. Application fees and charges paid to UK Visas and Immigration are excluded.
Please note that since September 2012 when Mr Adviser was established, we have not received a request for a refund due to refusal of a visa application.
